When long standing client The Dalmore reached out for us to create a heroic ad campaign that celebrates the uniqueness of their Scottish Highland history, we knew exactly where to seek inspiration. Crafting single-malt whisky masterpieces for more than 180 years in their distillery on the Scottish shores of the Cromarty Firth, The Dalmore is an unbroken chain of visionary whisky makers in the relentless pursuit of excellence.

For this campaign, we sought to honor the mystery and beauty of the whisky’s birthplace on the shores of Scotland by studying both historical and present-day images, then hand-building a set made with thousands of tiny stones over countless hours. We then photographed and retouched the images in-house, crafting imagery that honors the history of the brand with intriguing, larger-than-life imagery that recognizes and honors the brand heritage.
